Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and motivated UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will design intuitive, engaging, and user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform ideas into seamless digital experiences that delight users and drive product success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs

• Conduct basic user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into designs

• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs

• Maintain and contribute to design systems, UI guidelines, and style libraries

• Continuously improve user experience based on feedback, analytics, and usability insights

• Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 0–2 years of experience in UI/UX design (internships, projects, or freelance work considered)

• Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and usability concepts

• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar

• Basic understanding of responsive design and mobile-first design principles

• Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and collaborate across teams

• Portfolio showcasing UI and UX design projects

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing SaaS platforms, mobile apps, or dashboards

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end constraints

• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)

• Exposure to user testing tools and analytics

• Experience working in agile or product-based environments
