Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will work closely with development, security, and operations teams to support cloud-native application deployment, automate infrastructure management, and ensure high availability of cloud services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
  • Automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines.
  • Monitor cloud environments for performance, availability, and cost optimization.
  • Ensure cloud solutions meet security and compliance standards.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, security, and application teams for seamless integration and deployment.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in cloud technologies.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Good hands-on experience with DevOps tools, IaC, scripting (Bash, Python), and automation tools.
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of cloud networking, storage, and security configurations.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK).


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator Associate, Google Cloud Engineer).
  • Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.
  • Understanding of serverless architectures and cloud-native applications.
  • Familiarity with cost optimization strategies and tools.
  • Exposure to compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001).
