Job Description

About the Role

Mesons Technology is looking for a Cloud Engineer who can build, manage, and improve our cloud systems. You will support new projects, solve problems, and make sure our cloud services run smoothly and securely. This role is great for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new tools, and working with a team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Set up CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments.
  • Monitor cloud performance, logs, and alerts.
  • Implement security best practices across cloud environments.
  • Troubleshoot cloud issues and provide technical support to internal teams.
  • Work with developers, DevOps, and security teams to improve system reliability.
  • Manage backups, disaster recovery plans, and cost optimization.
  • Write clear documentation for processes and cloud setups.


Required Skills

  • Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Good understanding of Linux/Windows servers.
  • Knowledge of Terraform, CloudFormation, or other IaC tools.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
  • Familiar with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes is a plus).
  • Strong networking knowledge (VPCs, subnets, load balancers, firewalls).
  • Understanding of cloud security principles and IAM.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly.


Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Knowledge of scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
  • Familiar with DevOps practices.
  • Experience working in agile teams.
  • Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, or Google Cloud Engineer.


Education & Experience

  • Diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in cloud or DevOps roles (internships included).
