Role Overview

We are seeking an Intermediate Digital Marketing Specialist to drive SkillOrbit360’s online growth. This role involves independently managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and contributing to strategy across multiple channels. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience and a strong understanding of digital marketing trends.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Manage SkillOrbit360’s social media channels and community engagement.
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Create and curate high-quality content for website, blog, and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the design, product, and content teams for consistent messaging and brand voice.
  • Support lead generation, marketing automation, and email campaigns.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in tech, startups, or online platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media management, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication, content creation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines independently.


Preferred:

  • Experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp, or other email marketing tools.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.
